I am moving to Boston in mid May and would love to get together and peg it up before I go. Weekdays seem to work best for folks so I am going with that.
LOCATION CHANGE: please update RSVP. We will meet over near the Mexican restaurant.

I thought you did well. If I had just been born with 7-1/2 fingers on each hand..i wouldn't have needed so much help counting to 15..
I won't be able to make this Tuesday due to scheduling conflict but promise to make the next one, I understand it's my loss and i don't like it either lol. Have fun fellow cribbers.

Hello everyone! So my name is Dino and I was wondering if I could come participate in your meet up?
So I am looking for directions to Third Place Books that does not involve I-5 so I don't have to leave my house at 2pm. I live in Seattle Siberia aka Magnolia. I can get myself out of Magnolia. anybody know the short cut way???

you can take Hwy 99 :) head east on 205th next to Costco and follow the road all the way to 522/lake city way
or head north on 522/lake city way from the lake city way exit or from northgate way

I would go over to the U District and then take 15th all the way north to Ballinger Way, then go right/east to Lake Forest Park. It's not short, but it's a pretty straight shot and I use it a lot since I work in the U district and live north. I only do the freeway when I know it is wide open :)

Perfect location, no problem with Wednesdays! I wish I could be there but we have a 50th wedding anniversary out of town. I can do pretty much any evening except Mon/Tues. Maybe if we ever get a small group we can just do it at my place. :) I really miss cribbage. It was the only game small enough to fit on the boat I was raised on!
Hey did you see this?
Piecora's Pizza to Close Forever on April 15
It was announced yesterday, but unfortunately it's no joke. From the Puget Sound Business Journal:
One of the nation’s largest owners of apartments on Tuesday bought the Capitol Hill property where longtime Seattle restaurant Piecora’s Pizza operates. The Piecora family sold the property at 1401 E. Madison St. to Chicago-based Equity Residential for nearly $10.3 million.

Wow anothere Capitol Hill institution is gone.. Bauhaus Coffee and books is gone as well.. makes me sad because I live up here and frequented these places often.

I may be a little late because my class gets out at 5:30 and I hop a 372 or 522 bus from UW Bothell... see you there!

A former member changed the location from Piecora's Pizza to Third Place Books
Well.....I could drive to Third Place but, of course, The Elks Club is closer but I'll go where it works cause I do miss you all!
1 · April 3
Third Place works fine (north end) or perhaps Queen Anne Elks (central area) (Bobbie/Savia members I think)? Both sites have easy parking.
0 · April 3
Would moving this to Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park work for folks
1 · April 2
Rufo I just saw this on my facebook page. I don't think we'll be playing this night.
Yeah, I can make it! Now if I just leave Magnolia 1-1/2 hrs before crib time, I should get there.
