BTN Refuge Grand Opening and 25th Anniversary Celebration

Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge celebrates its 25th anniversary with a move to a brand new home!  Throughout the day there will be guided nature walks, "Go Batty!" bat education, bird house building with Home Depot, and  "get to know your invertebrates." Enjoy  birthday cake, music, bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, and food and merchandise vendors.

The ribbon cutting with Mayor Teresa Jacobs and other elected officials will begin at 10:00 a.m. and festival will continue through 3 p.m. 

This event is free to attend, family friendly, and smoke-free.   Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and there will be merchandise vendors as well with awesome wildlife t-shirts and other products. If you would like to bring a donation to the refuge there will be collection jars - you might also bring a birthday present from their wish list:
