Einstein was an atheist and I
am not aware of Confucius being religious. Don't confuse
Einstein being a Zionist with his belief in God. Confucius
taught a code of conduct, not any kind of religion.
I have been waiting for those falsehoods to surface.
What Confucius taught predated him and only takes his name.
Aside from its important ethical principles, Confucianism does not
prescribe any specific rituals or practices. These are filled by the
practices of Chinese
or other religion which Confucians follow.
And Einstein said.....very much to your point..... "In view of such
harmony in the cosmos which I, with my limited human understanding,
am able to recognize, there are yet people who say there is no God.
But what really makes me angry is that they quote me for the support
of such views."
You are missing my point all together arguing these points! It is
better to understand the reason man created God than to be
intolerant of it!
