    Ed Pramuk:

Before you criticize us for being ' "a bit" more hostile than "necessary", lets see you at a major intersection, standing up to impatient motorists for upwards to 10-12 minutes. Most riders seem to appreciate the difficulty and danger of our efforts.

Apparently, you don't; I would invite you to stop at a major intersection on the next ride on the sidewalk where it's nice and safe to observe.

unfortunately not, which is why I haven't brought it up until now, we heard the glass breaking as we were breaking away from the mass and didn't see much. But vandalism, aggressive bikers yelling at car traffic, people riding against traffic, and rides with multiple (though not serious) injuries will get unwanted attention from the city. Its sad but the group got too big and its getting out of control.

a window was broken at the end of the ride, our reputation is jeopardizing the whole event thanks to a few a-holes.

ok Candice, yr right, some of our safety and reputational problems lie squarely on some of those hot-doggers... they're wanna-bees,what can i say... i know a couple annd chide them all the time...

As usual, great ride. There's an increase in the # of folks participating who obviously aren't comfortable on a bike. Add that to their clueless wandering from side to side witbout considering those coming up from behind, and you can see what is happening or coming too close to happening. Folks, if u know yr going to have to walk yr bike because u can' t make it up the bridge, could u do us all a favor and move to the right? And if u have to stop, dl it on the roadside vs.

Good ride. Well organized. Give the pre-ride speaker a battery bullhorn when he delivers his spiel atop the lamp post.No one can hear him!

Need more organizers of the ride to wear specific shirts to indentify who is leading the bike ride..... much confusion as to who to follow on this ride[masked]

the ride was fun . my first time doing it , but alot of unexperienced riders taking risk in hurting other riders and themselves. Some riders stop traffic on the intersections which caused alot of arguing and could have let up to some confrontation, fortunately it did not happened. I would do this ride again but they should start at 630 pm instead of 715pm.

Overall just a great time and quite a site to see thousands of cyclist riding through the streets of Miami. a few angry motorist and some of the corkers were a bit more hostile than necessary but I guess this is Miami and anger is part of the culture here.

Would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for the people smoking cigarettes and cigars on the ride. At least wait 'til the ride ends. I's totally selfish that we have to breathe your smoke - jerks....The rest was great!!

Is the parking free? I paid to park at the last meetup. Not that I mind. Would be great to know in advance. Also, what is the pace? Faster than the Emerge Mass? I don't want to hold others back.
