Peruvian Cuisine Buffet

I usuallly don't post events with tickets involved, nor one I can't attend. But this sounds like quite an event, and a bargain for $50. Plus I know there will be a member or two of our group there (One of them being in the group photo on our home page) to show any lost souls around. So.............. Peruvian Cuisine Buffet November 14th 2009 Place: Cleveland Skating Club 2500 Kemper Road Shaker Heights OH 44112 Time: 7:00 pm Entrance: $45 person (Up to Nov 7th) $50 (After Nov 7th). Includes 2 Pisco Sours Peruvian Cuisine is considered one of the most diverse in the world as it is a mixture of flavors and ingredients adopted from Incas, Spanish, Basque, African, Sino-Cantonese, Japanese and Italian, French and British. Peruvian restaurants and cuisine have become increasingly popular in the United States, receiving enormous media attention as one of the hottest trends in Latin cuisine. At the fourth International Summit of Gastronomy Madrid Fusion 2006, Lima was declared the declared the Gastronomic Capital of The Americas. We will be serving a variety of cocktails made with Pisco, Peru's national drink which is a brandy distilled from fermented grape juice. Because of everything you mentioned above, Peruvian food is possibly the best in the world. However, I wonder if anyone will be willing to pay 50 bucks. I think that 30 or 35 dollars would be more reasonable.
