I have no problem with merging the groups. Maybe the best thing to do is to begin sending out informative emails to Tom's group letting them know they should move over to the Cross Cultural Group? I can then tweak the intro for the description for the group. Though I obviously still want the main focus to be on the melting pot of cultures, it's still a great way for new peeps to meet each other! It was great meeting you the other night!
