The West 14th Greek Festival Kicks Off The Summer

Alright, here we go-cultural festival season is finally here.

And this is a biggee, a 4 day Greek Festival at the oldest Greek Orthodox Church, established in 1913.

Were going Saturday Late Afternoon as Im going to try to move the times around a bit to fit people's schedules and lifestyles.

If you are interested there will be a tour of the church at 4 and 6, and a folk dancing presentation at 5 and 7.

Ive never been to this one but the other Greek Festivals Ive been to in the area had a whole lot of great Greek food as well as a good selection of Greek wine, beer and liquor. Although just as an FYI, the Greek Whiskey from Crete does not go down really smooth. Im just sayin...........
