Have you been to Sahara- Middle Eastern Cuisine on Lorain and West 130th or there abouts? How about Mi Pueblo Mexican Taqueria in the same neigbhorhood? Both are very good and reasonably priced.
Also, I have seen 2 new restaurants-one Puerto Rican on Denison and 73rd? I think, and a Mexican place called La Brasa on Denison and maybe W.60th if everyone is feeling v.adventurous. Maybe I should try them first and report back? There is a well known PR restaurant in Gordon Square called El Rincon Criollo or something like that that I have never tried but always seems busy w/PR families on weekends; a good sign
Did everyone enjoy Udupi? I have been there and really liked it. In fact, even my 91 year old grandma liked it!
Take care. Kim

I'm hoping someone would like to step up and be an assistant organizer for this group-its neither here nor there but the economy changed my um, work situation, and I was forced to take a retail management job at a Big Box store which means my weekends havent been all that free. As such I missed scheduling a whole lot of festivals this summer I wanted to have the group attend. I've just re-upped for another 6 months and see no reason I won't do it again in 6 months, so Im hoping someone might step up and be willing to be the organizer and go to person for those weekend events I cant make it to.
As the summer comes to an end I'll be scheduling a few events coming up and would like any suggestions for ideas.
Any other eateries Jeff?
