CrossFit Cleveland holds basic introductory CrossFit group workouts every Saturday morning for people who are looking for a better way to workout and meet new people. If you are tired of the same old workout routine, give us a try. The workouts cost $5, but your first three visits are free.

Our group will be meeting this Saturday morning at 9:00am for our introductory CrossFit Basic Training class. We teach some of the basic exercises that we use in our program, stressing proper form and technique. We finish with a 15-20 minute high intensity workout scaled to each person's fitness level.
