Get up, get outdoors, and get hiking with the Crystal Cove Cardio Club. CrystalCoveCardio.com is an FREE, EASY GOING, RELAXED, SOCIAL HIKING GROUP for those who love the health and wellness benefits you get from fast paced "heart-pumping" walks. The emphasis is on CARDIO.
* We tend to hike locally and we tend to hike at a moderate to fast pace. Our hikes average from 8 to 12 miles at a 4 mph clip. Most hikes that I organize are scheduled for early Sunday morning.
* Please do note that this group is organized by casual hikers, not professionals. By joining this club you agree to that you will hold the organizer and assistant organizers harmless.

Cardio, short for "cardiovascular exercise", which is defined as any movement that gets your heart rate up and increases blood circulation throughout the body for an extended period of time. The merits of Cardio exercise are hard to ignore. And the benefits are yours for the taking, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
