Brickyard Educational Farm Presentation and Discussion

Brickyard Educational Farm was piloted last year on School Board property that had been organically farmed for the past 32 years. For the past year it has been in danger of being turned into soccer fields. Luckily that fear is now gone, as local elected officials stood up in support of the educational programming that was piloted on the organic seed saving farm. This Saturday there will be a presentation and discussion regarding the farms proposal. It's a great way to get involved with local organic farming in a way that will make history and benefit the health and wellness of public school children in the area for years to come.
