We'd like to know just a little about who you are and what you're looking for. With that in mind, would you please tell us in one or two sentences what you do for a living?

Envision and design online content solutions for clients of LDS. Collaborate and partner with our UX, business and technology experts. Actively growing our content strategy discipline.

If it's not clear from your first answer, are you already practicing content strategy in your work?

Yes. Like many in content strategy, LDS-ers believe that we were doing in long before we knew what to call it. We take a strategic, broad and deep view of content, as we seek to understand the value it must deliver and the impacts "on the ground" within our clients' organizations. Always interested in learning more about how others approach this practice!

Could you tell us what you're hoping to gain from participation in CSNYC?

Meet, greet and learn from other content strategists. Share concepts, understandings, recommendations for books, conferences, webinars, etc. Eat, drink and laugh! And get the word out about LDS as a great place for content strategists to thrive.

Last question. Any ideas about how you might contribute to this group and/or to the field in general?

I would love to share how I am practicing content strategy and what I see as the primary challenges. I'm also a really fun person to be with (at least my cats think so)!

I'm a senior consultant and managing director of content strategy at LDS, a management consulting firm in NYC and central NJ. Very interested in meeting others in the field!
