CSRA Vegetarian Society

Welcome to the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area) Vegetarian Society!

The CSRA Vegetarian Society (CSRAVS), founded in January 2007, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources to local vegetarians/vegans, and education of the community as a whole about vegetarianism, and other plant-based diets. Our members consist of culturally diverse individuals, and families, who follow a vegetarian-based diet (and other plant-based diets), and those interested in the lifestyle as well. We organize monthly potlucks, meet at local restaurants for dinner, exchange recipes, and share knowledge about grocery stores and other health-oriented information. We also attempt to provide education and lifestyle awareness to the local community. 

The CSRAVS is run 100% by volunteers, and is always looking for members who would like to play a more active role in the organization. Join us at a local Meetup, and get to know others who share a similar lifestyle.
