Here are some updates about our meetup.
1. Webinar: Cheryl has started the process with Adobe about becoming an Adobe User Group,
the feedback we currently received is that it depends on the backlog it may take some time.
So we plan to wait more time for the free Webinar , and during this time we plan hold a conventional meeting.
2. Group finance:
As everybody may know we have a meetup due which is
$12/month( 6 months payments)
$19/month (month by month payment).
Since last time I paid $19 the next due is close. And thus it's time to take action to keep our cash flow positive.
Before we can hold any events or organize any activity we need some finance support.
Instead of charging a membership due to everybody I think there are basically two ways to solve this problem:
Our sponsor column is still empty and I will try to find more sponsors.
Any member who wants to be a sponsor and promote your business is very welcome.
The charge from sponsor should be a stable income instead of a voluntary payment.
As to how much, I propose $5/month, the same as the "Perk". Any opinion is welcome.

The raise money will be completely used to
1. Pay the meetup due.
2. Webinar (If we cannot get a free one)
3. Events expense.
