PhP, Yii, CodeIgniter, Zend, JS, jQuery, Ruby, Rails, HTML, CSS. Just starting out with Rails and Python. Going to learn C later on this year.
Issues pertaining to scaling a web application and building a great team of engineers.
I'm a coder primarily with a strong base in design. I would honestly have to see the groups dynamic before I could really answer that.
Don't know yet but I've been having fun with Yii's toolset. They're intelligently constructed and modular.
