I've always been pretty happy with JUnit, simply because it's lightweight, simple, and intuitive to write a test.
Perforce, for its excellent handling of merge conflicts. But since it's a commercial system, I typically make do with Subversion, which provides version control without complicating things more than necessary.

Hi Michael
Where are you flying to the night of the AI in 13?
Any chance Israel?
Dan
It was a great talking with you the other day and its good to hear your happy and doing well at Google. I got an inquiry from a Google rep after the talk and am starting the process of interviewing again. Hope to see you again before too long. BTW, did you see that Brian D. is going a talk at the Machine Learning meetup?
Thank you for your kind words. Perhaps we will run into one another at a Tech Talk or other event.
