My name is Jason Falk and I'm the Lead Developer at Signpost. I'm always programming and like to challenge myself constantly.

Anything that might make me a better tech leader including hearing about new technologies, recruiting tips, and figuring out the best ways to interface the technical side of the business with the non technical side.

Search (SOLR, ElasticSearch)

What is your favorite unit test framework and why?

RSpec, it's just too easy.

What is your favorite version control system and why?

Git. It's quick, offers simple branching, and integrates nicely with other platforms (heroku!!!).
