We're using Java/Spring at DonorsChoose.org.

Crowd-funding, social entrepreneurship, managing priorities and scarce resources, technical hiring.

What is your favorite unit test framework and why?

TestNG, but might be moving to JUnit4.

What is your favorite version control system and why?

We were using Subversion for years, but recently moved to Git.
