changing culture in a company, hiring, continuous improvement, case studies of particular approaches, as many real-world scenarios/anecdotes a possible
I do a lot of thinking about how to optimize for developer productivity (minimizing distractions, meetings, managing workflow/communication, etc) and would be interested in being part of a panel discussion
rspec, mostly because I grew up on it
git because of its ease of branching (and because of github)
It's awesome, and I invite all my tech friends to come to it with me.
