java, .net, lisp, assembly, whatever most appropriate from an efficiency/reuse/expansion perspective

What is your favorite unit test framework and why?

junit, because it is what i started with

VSS. Because it sometimes forced me to re-do all my work. And we all know V2 is better than 1.
