Tell us about yourself (professionally). What technical leadership experience do you have already? -- wiki-based definition of test cases at different levels (whether acceptance, unit or integration). Avoids need to write / compile source code for additional regression test cases as requirements change. Assertions can be coded up in wiki pages and run via appropriate connectors.

What languages/frameworks do you program in (Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, etc.)? What is your favorite, if different?

Java, PHP, CodeIgniter. Learning Ruby on Rails.

What topics might you be interested in?

How to design startup infrastructure in a scalable manner so it can be expanded rapidly, while enabling expensive decisions to be deferred as late as possible.

Do you have any specific areas of expertise? Would you be willing to share it with the group?

Areas of expertise: understanding the business drivers and how to set expectations of business stakeholders around technology design and implementation.

What is your favorite version control system and why?

More familiar with subversion than git at this point. I like subversion's range of interfaces (both command line and UI) on both Windows and *ux.

What Sameer S. is saying about this Meetup Group

Lots of interesting topics with real content. Maybe some additional topics on technical achitecture, or group role play / workshops on, say, how to make manage staff performance or how technology can interact more effectively with business stakeholders?
