Tell us about yourself (professionally). What technical leadership experience do you have already?

Development Manager at NYSE, technical lead and team manager at DRW Trading, iteration manager at ThoughtWorks.

What languages/frameworks do you program in (Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, etc.)? What is your favorite, if different?

Java, Clojure, C#, Objective C (iOS).

What topics might you be interested in?

Business strategy as technical leads are involved with it. Venture funding. Legal. Ethics.

Do you have any specific areas of expertise? Would you be willing to share it with the group?

A lot of experience in agile environments, especially 'low ceremony' agile in high performing small teams. Yes.

What is your favorite version control system and why?

Git, reluctantly, but only because of Github. If SVN or Perforce had ever had something as good for version control communication I suspect we'd stop pretending we were doing distributed SCM (because most of us aren't, even when we use git)

Technical lead. Co-founder of early stage consumer tech startup. Decade+ agile software development, mostly server side.
