Tell us about yourself (professionally). What technical leadership experience do you have already?

All test frameworks suck, but statically typed language test frameworks suck the hardest. If I had to pick I suppose I would say Ruby's test-unit.

What languages/frameworks do you program in (Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, etc.)? What is your favorite, if different?

C, Ruby, Scala, Hadoop,

What topics might you be interested in?

Project Management, Recruiting, Team Building, Distributed Teams,

Do you have any specific areas of expertise? Would you be willing to share it with the group?

Distributed Team Management

What is your favorite version control system and why?

Git. Having a favorite other than Git is foolish at this point.
