A Cuddle Party is a three and ½ hour communication workshop centered around touch and affection that teaches adults new ways to connect with one another.You can wear your PJ's, eat snacks and tea, and meet some new fun folks. Expand you kindness quotient, connect with your compassion, and know that what you choose will be honored.

Together we will create a safe space for ease of self –discovery.
There is a 45 minute introduction and 2.5 hours of 'free style' cuddling. There is no requirement to have to do anything you are not comfortable doing; no have to's, no musts! You can write in your journal or cuddle in the middle. It's all up to you! If you just want to attend the 45 min introduction to see what it's all about you can do that too!
Come away with:
1. *When and how to say no, or yes with grace.
2. *How to ask for what you are wanting with ease.
3. *Meet some fun people
4. *Learn how you might have more affection and/or touch in you life.
5. *How communication adds to your confidence and understanding of yourself and your world.
