To register for this party: http://cuddlemay19.eventbrite.com/#

If you click on 'Yes' here on Meet-up - nothing happens except that we get to see your lovely face here on this page - which is great, but does not register you for the party.

Exact directions sent upon registration.

Cuddle Party is a short workshop in non-sexual touch, boundaries and communication, followed by a couple of hours to put what you’ve learned into practice by enjoying and exploring touch. (Think hugs, foot rubs, back rubs, spooning and just general non-sexual snuggling.)

A trained facilitator gently leads you and the other guests through an orientation, where you’ll learn to make easy, respectful requests and communicate clear boundaries, and where we’ll go over the simple rules. Then you’ll have plenty of time to relax, chat, cuddle, have a snack, or just hang out.

Cuddle Party is a non-sexual event! Everyone remains clothed in pajamas and agrees to the Cuddle Party Rules, which include:

* Arrive on time for the welcome circle/orientation.
* Ask for what you want and get a verbal “yes” before proceeding.
* You don’t have to cuddle anyone you don’t want to, or anyone at all, ever.

Some people are already comfortable with touch and can’t wait to be in a place where that’s OK. Others aren’t even sure they want any touch at all, but come to explore some communication skills. Others are just curious about what it might be like. Whatever your reasons, a Cuddle Party is a great playground for discovering more about yourself, for exploring new ways of connecting with others, or simply enjoying a relaxing, cozy evening with other cuddly souls.

Most Cuddle Parties (unless otherwise specified) include both women and men, (about 10-25 people) and are held at private homes here in Seattle. They last about 3 ½ hours. Sometimes we host parties for particular groups, like women only, or seniors, or singles. We charge a modest fee to cover the training, time and responsibilities of our facilitators. Adults only (18 and up).

I mentioned I was putting together a calendar of outdoor movie options this summer, and someone asked me to share it. Here it is, so far. I hope to keep adding things to it...but this may be as far as I get with it. It's kind of tedious

      hi brent,

      sorry we missed you!

on the meet-up page it says that meet-up does not actually register you for the event - that you have to register by clicking the link to another page. and when you do that the address is sent to you. http://www.meetup.com...

i sent out an email on friday to all who had rsvp'd on meet-up to remind them to do so - but i'm sorry, i guess your name was not there yet and i did not check back again today.

anyway, sorry we missed you and i hope you'll try again next time.

Thanks for the reply, it was totally my fault. I had been considering going, but had some nervousness, then I rsvp'd late and didn't follow the directions. Do you know when your next one will be. I am with my kids on Half of my weekends, which makes some monthly things difficult.
Do you run any groups not listed on meetup. Ever since my separation I have been trying to push my boundaries, but it can be tough.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
