It's summer Free Fun Friday at the ICA -- join your hostess, Joy, for a quick jaunt through the ICA. I'll post more of what's available to see here, shortly.

10:00 AM–9:00 PM

free admission sponsored by highland street foundation

The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston is proud to participate in the fifth-annual Free Fun Fridays program sponsored by the Highland Street Foundation. On Friday, August 16, the ICA will open its doors at no cost to visitors from 10 am to 9 pm! See below for a schedule of events available throughout the day.

Free Fun Fridays is a program that includes 60 museums and cultural venues across Massachusetts. Each Friday this summer, there will be six venues open for free. The program runs from Friday, June 28, through Friday, August 30. For the full program schedule and to learn more about Free Fun Fridays, please visit www.highlandstreet.or

Meet in the lobby at 7:15 -- Joy will have a meetup sign with her.

they say $15 for non members - Please note: ICA First Fridays is a private, ticketed event. Admission is free for members and $15 for nonmembers. Discounts, promotions and admission vouchers do not apply toward First Fridays admission.

this is not so, ML - the museum is open to the public free today. This is not First Friday -- it is part of the Free Summer Fridays program of the Highland Street Foundation.
