Find out the answer to these questions and more during an evening of discussion, demonstrations, and imbibing at the MIT Museum! Leave knowing far more about the science of spirits than you ever thought possible.
Learn about the science of cocktails and distilling, sample a variety of craft spirits, and have the opportunity to make your own concoctions at our evening event.
