I have participated in fantastic festival in Slovakia 1 month ago, and I'd like to share my pictures in this Picasa album with you:­

I am still looking for students, the fujara / koncovka course starts in almost 2 weeks, I've called today the Common Ground, and they said 4 students are registered, I need at least 2 more. If you have fujara at home, it's time to learn to play it, if you don't have one, there will be loaner instruments for the class. You can then bring you own fujara from your next trip to Slovakia, and amaze with it your friends and family.
Slovak koncovka is another fascinating instrument, suitable for intuitive playing (no side holes to control, you just blow), and also for improvisation. Check out the course here:
