April Meetup/Buda Wiener Dog Races

We will be holding our April Meetup at the 12th Annual Buda Wiener Dog Races in Buda. We will have a booth at the craft fair Saturday and Sunday so members can stop in the shade and relax while attending the races. Please make sure you stop by and say hello. We are in booth #18.

Our meetup in conjunction with the races will be more of a "meet and greet" than a full-blown meetup. The finals for the races immediately follow our meeting. We'd like to show our support of Buda Lions Club and the races, but also the various dachshund-centered organizations (like CTDR) and businesses by getting our members out to the event. This is also an excellent opportunity to publicize our meetup group and attract possible sponsors.

Some things we are still needing for this meetup:

• Ice and coolers/ice chests for our water.
