We are in search of a Senior Drupal Developer who will come in with great ideas, an open mind and a sense of adventure. You will need to quickly understand our problem domain, existing codebase and system architecture

More specifically, we’re looking for a Drupal Developer that can say “yes” to the following:
• Demonstrable experience building substantial Drupal sites.
• Advance PHP, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, HTML, XHTML knowledge
• Knowledgeable of Drupal development technologies such as Drush, Features, Panels, Views and

Context:
• Understanding of Drupal’s multi-site strategies
• Understanding of Drupal’s theming system
• Experience with Drupal scaling techniques: Memcache, Varnish, APC
• Skillful in debugging Drupal issues
• Drupal community involvement


The stuff that really matters:

• Team player who communicates effectively
• A cultural bias towards coding excellence
• Dogmatic attitude to testing your own code
• Adherence to Drupal coding standards and conventions
• Inability to sleep at night because you’re still thinking about an unsolved problem
