Beginner Meditation w/ Gentle Yoga

Give yourself a mind makeover for the New Year! 8 weeks on Wednesday evenings - $8/class payable at door.

We will use Yoga to relax and prepare your mind and body for sitting in meditation. Each week (8 weeks total) we will lengthen the meditation time and try a new technique with the goal of building up to 30 minutes of meditation and finding a practice that works for you.
