Mindfulness Yoga & Guided Meditation

This class is suitable for beginners and all levels. We will practice gentle yoga to bring us into the present moment, stretch and distress. Yoga will be followed by a guided meditation practice for deeper awareness and relaxation.

Class is 1 hour. Cost is $8 payable at class. Please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion if you have one. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

    Will this be in Bedford Joan? If you need to cancel due to lack of interest just let me know. I have never done it before so I have no yoga mat or meditation cushion as I wanted to see how I liked it before doing it! Thanks much! Pam
