  • February 21, 2014 · 12:00 PM

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Join the Zumba® dance fitness party with Su-ryong Lee! The easy-to-follow choreography provides effective, total-body workouts. No previous experience or dance skills required!

In Myeongdong, the YWCA added new daytime classes for Zumba® on Wednesdays & Fridays at Noon, because the evening classes are sold out with a full wait list. YWCA is now accepting registration for the month of February.

Click on the YouTube below to get a sneak peak of a Zumba® class. Please note that this video was filmed at Su-ryong's other studio, not YWCA.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
