Route: We will meet at Time Warner Center and warm up by running up the West Drive to Bethesda Terrace where we'll do some dynamic stretching. From there, we'll have 2 options:
1) 13 miles - 2 loops of Central Park going up the East Drive counter clockwise + an extra mile
2) 5-6 miles - 1 loop of Central Park going up the East Drive. 5 milers can turn at 72nd on the way back and 6 milers can do the full loop
