PR'd huge by 4 min. Finally feeling my training paying off! Saw some great finish times. Thanks to all the Whippets I saw cheering out on the course -- Jenny, Michelle, May, Ben, Wuro!

Just registered for this half at the last minute.. wasn't sure about doing this race a week before the SI half (and then a full marathon Oct.16th)... but i"ll view it as a training run.. so let's do it!! See everyone tomorrow!

I realize this is a team points race, but will there be a pre-race meetup/pace groups? I could use someone run with, as I'd like to make sure I run the half in sub-2:00.

I'm booked to sing 'God Bless America' before the Norway run @ 8:15am or so and then I'm singing the Anthem Before the 9am 1/2(I'm running the 1/2 too). I'm wearing my Blue and Gold. Too bad I can't sing 'who let the dogs out' too :) Hope all you guys come out for this one!
