Route: Central Park
We will start with a special "tangent running" session led by experienced track and cross-country Whippet Emi. This is optional but would be very useful for runners who haven't practiced it before, especially as we gear up for all the NYRR races in Central Park. Running the tangents is the only proven legal way to get faster effortlessly! Here's why:
We'll come by Bethesda terrace at 8:15 as usual and will aim to do a full outer loop of the park along the Scotland 10K course at an easy pace, so that Emi can talk us through the finer points.
