    Ok here's a tentative route:

    It's mostly bridle path + harlem hill (because who doesn't love hills in their long run?) + harlem meer + big loop. We can explore more Central Park paths to add more mileage. Part of the fun of running is learning more about where you're running.

    What are the typical distances and paces during these weekend runs? I do my long runs Sunday, but I was going to put in about 5 miles this Saturday at about an 8:30 pace. Will anyone going be doing something similar, or at least a similar pace? Thanks!
