We are hosting weekly "track" workouts at Prospect Park every Thursday evening. The workouts will be identical to the East River Park Track workout of the week, which will be posted at least 24 hours beforehand.
Although there is no track at Prospect Park, we'll find the flattest part of the park to do the scheduled workout.

Recommended workout for November 15: 1 mile warmup, then...
HARD OPTION (for runners with lots of base training): The Mini-Michigan.
1600m @ 15K pace, then 800m @ marathon pace
1200m @ 10K pace, then 800m @ marathon pace
800m @ 5K pace, then 800m @ marathon pace
400m @ mile pace
Finish with 1 easy mile
MODERATE OPTION (for runners without much recent speedwork): 4 x 800m at 10K pace or faster. Jog 800m after each to fully recover.
