Mid-week morning mileage! Stumble out of bed for some easy mileage. Runs will vary between 5 to 6.5 miles. Meeting spot will stay the same but the routes may vary - anywhere from running north or south along the West Side Highway to across the Williamsburg Bridge and back. We will decide the morning of based on people's moods. Average pace of this may vary but it will be approximately 8:00-8:30 min/mi (based on hosts' pace).
Will do my best to be responsible tonight. Watching hoops at 7 and then have a cocktail thing for work at 9:30. My goal is to be in bed, relatively sober by midnight so i can make it tomorrow morning.
