Hi! I just began racing in 2010 when I completed my first 9+1. I am working on my 9+1 again this year as well and looking to train smart for my first marathon this November. Would like to work on improving my pace and and staying injury free.
mile - 6:40, 5K - 7:56, 10K - 8:12, 13.1 mi - 8:29
4-6 miles on the weekdays, longer on the weekends
