Hello! I'm psyched to join this team and run with you guys! I've been racing for about two years and am really looking forward to training with a group of great runners, pushing myself to get faster, and making some new friends along the way.
5K - 6:30 10K - 6:45 Half Marathon - 6:51 Marathon - 7:16
Long runs - 12-20 miles, depending on training block and race goals Tempo runs - 5-10 miles Easy runs - 5-10 miles
Manhattan - WSH and Central Park
Hmm... I'm actually leaning towards doing one on the 18-19th because I'm pretty sick right now and could use another week to recover. But if I'm better by then and there are still spots open I'd be into next weekend. Let me know what you decide!
