Hey! I'm trying to get back into shape for half-marathons!
10 min / mile (I know, I'm slooooow....)
Usually 3-4 miles, but I have been able to go up to 22 miles when I was training for the NYC marathon.
I do most of my running at the gym now so I would love to get back into outdoor, road running.
