Hello! I'm looking to join a running club so that I can meet other runners and get faster!
My PR for a 5k is 21:35, 10k is 44:25, half marathon is 1:35:52 and marathon is 3:38.
During the week between 3 and 6, and on the weekends I like to get in an 8 - 14 mile run when I'm not training. When I'm training for the marathon I like to get in at a couple 20 milers!
Treadmill, central park, west side highway...central park is my favorite:)

I'm sure going to try! I've cross-trained since Wednesday so I'll warm up with you guys and see how I feel. I'm going to grab a singlet from Catie at 8:30 in the lobby of the building on the NW corner of 168th and Fort Washington (directly across from the Armory) if you want to meet up before the race?
Since I wasn't able to do the math in the park I thought I would send you our splits. The first and last miles include some of my run before and after but the rest should be good: 8:39, 8:06, 7:49, 8:00, 7:42, 7:38, 7:47. Thanks for pushing me!
