Hi! I've been a long time competitive runner and I'm looking a fun group to train with to stay motivated!
When I'm in top shape, under 6:30 for a 5K.
long runs are between 10-13 miles but I am starting to train for marathon distance so that will be increasing! Regular training days are 5-8 miles.
in Central Park or along the Hudson or East Rivers.
