I am an occasional half-marathoner trying to develop a more regular, year-round run schedule. Eventually, I'll be taking part in duathlons and sprint triathlons. I'm looking for others as avid as I am to stretch those legs outside!
10:30-11:20, dependent on distance (from 1M - half marathon)
Between 2M and 5M, but long runs get up to 9M for half-marathon prep
