5 to 10 on weekly training runs- 10 to 20 on weekend long runs
Roosevelt Island/ Central Park
I've been running for years but only recently I started getting more serious about it and signing up for races! I usually run by myself on Roosevelt Island but I'd like to start training in Central Park with a group to improve my time!
Whippets=the most amazing people EVER! My running has impoved so much since I joined the group and I just love how friendly and supportive everyone is!

Hey Martina! It was so great to run with you last week- and sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! Here are the splits from last week: (6.77 mi total, 8:47 avg overall) 8:24 (warm-up) then 8:21, 8:26, 9:00, 9:11, 9:12 then a time of 6:57 for the last .77 mi.
