Hi Scott, this is John. I have returned to running regularly in April 2012. From 2007 to 2012 I ran off and on. Prior to 2007 I was running 6 minute miles. Scott how many days a week should I run to optimize my running. I'm really trying to get some what back to where I was.

Hey Scott, RE: the Israeli 4-miler, for some reason I couldn't post this response on the discussion thread. Anyway, just checked the results online and I am associated with the DWRT not only for this race but for all future races. I had made the request prior to Sunday but unfortunately it took two requests to make it happen.
Hey Scott! im not 100% sure about getting up there, conflict with my schedule for tomorrow. Im still a maybe. and if i can make it ill def do it, slow wave though.
Thanks! I think I remember seeing you at the awards ceremony for the Hudson river park race last year. That was my last race before becoming a hermit during the winter months. I should be able to make some of the Thursday practices since I live downtown. Do you guys always do speed work on Thursdays or do others, that have upcoming races that weekend, break off into another group for easy/recovery type runs?
