Introduction
I work in Human Resources and live in Gaithersburg, MD with my equally adventurous natured husband, Martin.
What weekend/overnight trips would you like to see offered?
Snow Ski at Wisp or Seven Springs. Stay in Richmond/Charlottesville/Baltimore /Frederick/ DC and go together to places for music, food, dancing. Take the train to Philadelphia or Times Square New York, stay at a hotel and see shows (Broadway in NY) and museums. Stay at bed n breakfasts or hotel near the beach like at St. Michaels/Rhehobeth/ St. Mary's County/Chincoteque and boat for the sake of enjoying the water or fish, dig for clams, swim, sun, dine. Stay near mountains & music such as Ashville NC/Gatlinburg TN/ Shenandoah WV and hike, bike, & hear music. Go to the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Readington, NJ.
What local/daytrip activities would you like to see organized?
Take a sightseeing dinner and sunset cruise with dancing. Visit Mount Vernon or other nearby Parks by foot or bike. The Western Maryland Rail Trail and all the other rail trails are great for biking! Sugarloaf Winery is close for wine tasting and even has a Grape Stomp. Meet to bowl, hear comedy (free at Growler's in Gaithersburg), or live music (such as at Out of the Way Cafe, Hard Times, or Austin Grill, or at Black Rock Center ). By all means - let's paintball in Frederick. Dancing at a DC club or Glen Echo getting VIP table so we have a place to hang together as well as to sit and rest our feet at intervals. Hit a Crab Feast or Oyster Festival or arrange our own at Phillips on the waterfront in DC. Go on the Murder Mystery Train Ride or to a Murder Mystery Dinner. Outings to celebrate Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Octoberfest, New Years!
What are your favorite activities?
Hike, bike, water and snow ski, boat, camp. Play tennis, wine taste, barbeque. Listen to live music, play games, and travel here & abroad!

I live down Mid County from you in Saybrooke - was looking forward to coming to the Boardgames Meetup you are hosting, but can't make it since my father-in-law is coming that weekend.
It's tough to find people who play Puerto Rico, etc, so I hope to run into you both sometime.
