Position Available:  Administrative Associate, Communications & Government Relations depts
Location: Burning Man San Francisco office

The Communications & Government Relations Administrative Associate will provide high-level administrative and inter-departmental support for the Communications and Government Relations departments in the San Francisco Burning Man office, as well as on-playa in Nevada during event time.  Work involves considerable internal and external contacts, complex non-routine tasks, access to confidential information, and administrative support of department processes and procedures.  Duties include light project management, tracking departmental action items to completion, taking meeting minutes, drafting correspondence, maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, mailings, copying, scanning, faxing, and filing.  Judgment, professionalism, and initiative are frequently exercised in answering and interpreting verbal and written communications and projects.
