The High Cloud Snapple Half Marathon has age-group and overall prizes, raffle drawings, massage therapists, on-course support, sponsored food and beverages, and much more! You get the VIP experience with your victory celebration!
The High Cloud Snapple Half Marathon is more than a race; it’s a global event connecting international communities and children with local runners and elite athletes! Race proceeds benefit the High Cloud Foundation and support international projects to provide educational materials, basic necessities, and medical equipment to children in South and Central America, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
Start and finish line at Carderock Recreation Area, just outside of Washington, DC
13.1-mile course on the C&O Canal Towpath
Qualifier for the NYC Marathon and the Sun Trust National Marathon
Entry fees
- $40 by January 1, 2012
- $50 after January 1, 2012

Althea de GuzmanA great race for a great cause; volunteers were exemplary; the trail was beautiful! My only only only qualm was they were ONE MILE SHORT of the thirteen! But I will run this race every year!
